Our one rule
Doctilla proposes. A person decides.
Doctilla may say 'a person should look at this'. It will never say 'this is fine'. That rule is built into the data, not just the screens, so it holds everywhere: in the app, through the API, and through AI assistants.
- Closing a CAR, approving a document revision, accepting a mapping and concluding a technical review are a person's acts, and the database refuses them from anywhere else.
- Locked audits, approved minutes and concluded reviews stay final. Changes become recorded amendments or new records.
- Coverage of a standard is shown as mapped or not mapped. No percentages, no scores, no "compliant".
- Every AI suggestion shows what it would replace, and the conversation it came from can't be edited or deleted.
